VELOX FIRE TELEPHONE SYSTEM

The VELOX 4000 seris of integrated fire alarm, mass notification and fire telephone systems come with a master handset used to control all call operations on an emergency voice communication system (EVCS).

The master handset is connected to outstation handsets on the fire telephone network via an eight-line exchange, which is part of the EVCS network.

The VCC5 is a compact 5-line fire telephone system suitable for small buildings which require a basic emergency voice communication system (EVCS).

The VoCall VCX8 is an eight-line exchange used to network and power the master handset and eight lines on an emergency voice communication system (EVCS).

The VCX8 eight-line exchange is part of the EVCS network comprising a master handset and outstation handsets.

The outstations have two type of fixed handsets. Type A handset is used for evacuation or fire fighting. The Type B handset is used where installation of a Type A is impractical.

The VCRHS roaming handset can be connected to an emergency voice communication system (EVCS) via a telephone jack connected to EVCS network or the fire detection loop in case of an integrated fire alarm fire telephone system.
